Cross folded leaflets
Cross fold leaflets, also known as French fold leaflets, use a folding technique where a sheet is folded in half one way and then folded in half again in the opposite direction. This creates four equal panels on each side, resulting in a compact, booklet-like format with eight panels in total. By folding the paper onto itself horizontally and vertically, the final size is reduced by four times, making the leaflet easy to handle, carry, and distribute, while still providing plenty of space for detailed content. When fully opened, the leaflet reveals a large printable area, making it ideal for designs that need clear organisation such as maps, brochures, invitations, or information guides.
