Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a range of customisation options depending on the garment, design complexity, and quantity. For simple logos, text, or basic shapes, heat transfer printing (print and cut) is fast, reliable, and cost-effective. For more detailed or full-colour designs that cannot be cut, DTF (Direct to Film) printing is ideal. Embroidery is best for a stitched, professional finish, especially on polo shirts, caps, and jackets. Screen printing works well for larger quantity orders with simpler designs, while DTG (Direct to Garment) printing is a specialist option for high-detail artwork on suitable garments. We will always recommend the most suitable method based on your specific requirements.

For garment care, wash inside out on a cool (30°C) cycle with similar colors. Air dry or tumble dry on a low setting, and avoid high heat to protect prints and embroidery. When ironing, iron inside out and avoid applying direct heat on the design. Following these steps will help keep your printed and embroidered garments looking their best for longer.

DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a method that allows full-colour designs to be applied to garments with exceptional detail and vibrancy. The design is first printed onto a special film, then a powder adhesive is applied, and finally it is heat-pressed onto the garment. Unlike typical heat transfer prints, DTF can also print white ink, making it ideal for applying designs to coloured garments. This method is perfect for complex or multi-colour artwork that cannot be achieved with standard print and cut transfers. DTF prints are durable, flexible, and work on a wide range of fabrics, making them a popular choice for detailed logos and intricate designs.

Embroidery is a method of applying a stitched design directly onto garments using thread. It creates a professional, durable finish that is ideal for logos, text, and branding on items such as polo shirts, jackets, caps, and hats. The cost of embroidery is primarily based on the stitch count, which is the total number of stitches required to complete the design. The biggest factor affecting price is the time it takes to stitch the design, rather than the number of garments. Embroidery is particularly well suited to workwear because it is forgiving of everyday wear and washing, and the design remains durable even if garments are not perfectly cared for. It is perfect for creating a long-lasting, professional branded finish that stands out on workwear and promotional clothing.
