1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all orders and supersede any other terms.
1.2 Receipt of acknowledgement of your order constitutes acceptance that these terms are the only conditions governing the contract.
2. DEFINITIONS
Custom / Personalised Goods: Products made to customer specifications, personalised or made-to-order. These goods are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing faults.
Non-Custom Goods: Standard products not personalised or made to order. These goods may be returned within 14 days if unused and undamaged.
Consumer: Any individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
3. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS
Printing Orders:

Orders under £100: full payment upfront.

Orders over £100: 50% deposit required before work commences.

Orders over £1,000: 80% deposit required before work commences.
Design Work (artwork/branding):

Payment must be made in full before any work begins.
Website Development:
-
50% deposit at project start, 25% on testing, remaining balance upon live upload.
Note: Payment requirements will always be communicated before work commences.
4. PROOFS & APPROVAL
4.1 Proofs will be provided before printing. Written approval is required.
4.2 Once proof is approved, Printing World Digital is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, colours, or other details in the artwork.
4.3 Screen colours may differ from printed colours; material choice, lamination, or varnish may also affect the final appearance.
5. COPYRIGHT
5.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyright in artwork, designs, and print materials remains with Printing World Digital until full payment is received.
5.2 Customers must ensure all third-party materials used in artwork are cleared for use.
5.3 Printing World Digital may use completed work for promotional purposes with courtesy notification to the customer.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 All customer information is treated as confidential unless it is public knowledge or required to complete a job via a supplier or partner.
6.2 Confidentiality obligations remain until payment defaults occur.
7. TITLE & RISK
7.1 Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery.
7.2 Goods remain the property of Printing World Digital until full payment is received.
8. DELIVERY
8.1 Delivery times are estimates; Printing World Digital is not liable for delays.
8.2 Special rush deliveries may incur additional charges.
8.3 Customers must notify Printing World Digital of any required deadlines in advance.
9. QUANTITY VARIATION
9.1 Delivered quantities may vary by ±5%, and customers will be charged for actual quantity delivered.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Production:

Orders may be cancelled. Refunds are issued minus reasonable costs already incurred (e.g., artwork, materials, administration).
After Production Begins:
-
Custom/personalised orders cannot be cancelled.
11. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
11.1 If goods are damaged, faulty, or not matching the approved specification:

Notify Printing World Digital within 14 days of delivery.

Provide order number, photos, and description.
11.2 Resolution may include:

Reprinting affected items, or
-
Refund (full or partial) if reprint is not possible.
11.3 Faulty items may need to be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement.
12. RETURNS
Non-Custom Goods:

May be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customers must contact Printing World Digital for authorisation before returning.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Custom / Personalised Goods:
-
No returns for change of mind.

Returns are accepted only if goods are faulty or not made to approved specification.
13. REFUNDS
13.1 Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
13.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or acceptable evidence of return.
13.3 If returned goods show signs of misuse or damage not caused by Printing World Digital, refunds may be reduced or refused.
13.4 Standard delivery costs are refunded for faulty or incorrect items only.
14. LIABILITY
14.1 Printing World Digital’s liability is limited to the contract value of the goods except where defects cause death, injury, or damage to personal property.
14.2 Liability is conditional on customers complying with notification procedures for claims.
14.3 Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights.
15. TIME LIMITS FOR CLAIMS

Claims for faulty or incorrect goods must be made within 6 months of delivery.

After 6 months, customers must prove the fault existed at the time of delivery.
16. FORCE MAJEURE

Printing World Digital is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including material shortages, strikes, or natural disasters.

In such cases, Printing World Digital may terminate the contract without liability.
17. MISCELLANEOUS

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
